its location was marvellous and particularly good - near the story of eastbourne. all in all everything was exceptional, as a bonus i received ironing free of charge.

This beautiful apartment is just a minute walk from the beach and markets. The beds are comfortable, and there are tea/coffee making facilities, biscuits, and even a bottle of Prosecco provided. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and there is a helpful list of local places to eat and things to do. Plus, the on-site parking is a great convenience.

This apartment is one of the nicest places I've stayed at. the location is perfect, near the seafront and local shops. the spacious rooms and spotlessly clean interior provided a comfortable stay. the private parking was secure and convenient. the host was very accommodating and provided a thoughtful welcome basket with coffee, tea, and biscuits.

The bed in the second bedroom had a soft mattress, which may not suit everyone's preference.

This place was amazing, the location was fantastic right in the center of the city, and it had everything we needed, including being next to the seafront, promenade.

our valentine's day stay at the luxury seaside was absolutely perfect. the apartment was beautifully remodeled and close to all the attractions we love in eastbourne. the on-site parking was a great convenience. the service and hospitality were outstanding, with lovely little touches like mince pies, a christmas tree, and wine to greet us. we will definitely be coming back.

Faulty shower controls.

The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils/cutlery and a full-sized fridge and freezer. The location was fantastic, close to the promenade, shops, and attractions. The on-site parking was a great convenience.

The mattresses in the master bedroom were in need of replacement and the bed linen could be of higher quality. We also had some issues with the shower heads in the guest room shower-room.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. The owner was very attentive and made up for a small issue with the boiler by treating us to dinner and a bottle of wine. Once the issue was resolved, we were very warm and comfortable throughout our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect as it was within walking distance of everything we needed, so we didn't have to drive anywhere. The apartment itself was first class, with excellent accommodation.

I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the children working there.
